Vane Axial Fans

Vane Axial Fans Manufacturers

INTRODUCTION

A Vane Axial fan is a type of fan that causes gas to flow through it in an axial direction, parallel to the shaft about which the blade rotate. The fan is designed to produce a pressure difference and hence force, to cause a flow through the fan. Factor which determine the performance of the fan include the number ,shape of the blade and incorporation of downstream guide vanes. A set of air guide vanes located either before or after the wheel. It has a higher efficiency that any other type of axial flow fans.

VANE AXIAL VS TUBE AXIAL

Tube axial fans – These are axial fan units with fan wheels located in cylindrical tubes, without inlet or outlet dampers.

Vane axial fans – These axial flow fans have a higher pressure capability due to the presence of static vanes.

FEATURE AND APPLICATION

Vane axial fans are designed for commercial and industrial applications where large volumes of air are required at moderate to high pressures. Vane axials are typically the most energy-efficient fans available and should be used whenever possible. Uses include heat, smoke and fume removal, process drying, comfort and process cooling and general ventilation

CURRENT MARKET SCENIRO OF VANE AXIAL FAN

After taking AMCA certification smoke exhaust, car parking ventilation and basement ventilation will be our targeted area, where we need some high efficient and medium pressure axial exhaust fans However, to meet these kind of requirements consultant recommend to use vane axial fan instead of tube axial fan so in these cases it is necessary to have the full range of axial fan to complete the consultant BOQ.
